Spring Semester Student Charging

  • December 1, 2025 – January 23, 2026
  • Financial Aid Charging: Students with available financial aid funds can add limited purchases of textbooks, school supplies, clothing, gift items, and electronics to their student bill.
  • Student Charging: Students without financial aid can charge up to $300 of textbooks and school supplies to their student bill.

Ordering Textbooks & Materials

  • Shipping Time: 2–3 business days (UPS delivers Mon–Fri)
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Free for orders $100+
    • $15 for orders under $100
    • Free pickup at the College Store
  • PSEO/D3 Students: Must pick up orders under $100 or email [email protected] to arrange shipping.

Metro Transit College Pass (Spring 2026)

  • Available for purchase mid-December at the College Store
  • Cost: $97
  • Valid: January 1 – May 31
  • Can be charged to student bill if financial aid is available
  • Must be purchased in-store (no shipping)

PSEO/D3 Fall Semester Textbook Drop-off

  • Due: December 19, 2025
  • Drop off loaned textbooks at the College Store
  • Unreturned books will be billed; unpaid bills may block registration or transcript access

PSEO/D3 Spring Semester Textbook Drop-off

  • Due: May 15, 2026
  • Drop off loaned textbooks at the College Store
  • Unreturned books will be billed; unpaid bills may block registration or transcript access
