College Store Services - Spring 2021
To ensure the safety of all, Minneapolis College Store will be open with limited hours and services available on campus for fall semester.

Fall 2020 PSEO/D3 Book Drop-offs
Due to the increased spread of COVID-19 in our communities, Minneapolis College has decided to make an exception to the PSEO/D3 book return policy for the fall 2020 semester. PSEO and D3 students are not required to return their textbooks this semester. If students prefer not to keep their textbooks, they can participate in MBS Books' online buyback program describe on our textbook buyback page.
Spring 2021 Student Charging
The student charging period for spring 2021 semester is December 7 through January 22. In adition to financial aid charging, Minneaolis College students now have a $300 student charge limit availble for the purchase of textbooks and supplies. Students using third party funds (including PSEO, D3, and Veterans) will be able to continue to purchasing through April 19. Please check your financial aid status during checkout before submitting your order.
Purchasing textbooks and course materials
Online ordering for course materials, as well as other merchandise, is available to all students. The estimated shipping time for online orders is 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday).
Spring 2021 students are encouraged to have their online orders shipped to a personal address. During this time we are waiving the shipping charges on all course materials. Merchandise orders over $50 ship free with promo code FREESHIP50.
For questions regarding an order you've already placed, email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number in the email.
Textbook ordering assistance
Students needing assistance with online ordering can reference a video and step-by-step instructions on our How to Order page. One-on-one assistance with College Store staff is also available via Zoom, Monday-Thursday from 10am-3pm. More information can be found on our How to Order page.
Textbook ordering kiosks will not be available in-store to place orders.
Spring 2021 Metro Transit College Pass
The spring College Pass is will be available for purchase on December 17th, and will be shipped once it is in stock. The semester pass can be used January 1 - May 31, 2021.
To support students in these challenging times, we are working with our partner MBS Books to provide an online textbook buyback program allowing students to sell their unneeded textbooks from wherever they are.

Campus Cards (Student IDs)
For the spring 2021 semester, Campus Cards will be needed for parking ramp entrance and on-campus printing. New student Campus Cards are being produced by appointment only. Students must be registered for one course in the current or upcoming term prior to scheduling a Campus Card appointment. Click HERE to schedule a Campus Card appointment.

For Campus Card refunds, students and employees can submit a request via Ask Us. (Search "campus card refund".)
A Nursing ID can be mailed to nursing students who have previously received their Campus Card by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
The College Store is open with limited hours and services. Please check our store hours before coming to campus.
