  UPS ground shipping is available for online orders.

Please note:
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
  • We cannot ship orders to WI.
  • PSEO orders cannot be shipped. Any PSEO order that chooses shipping will be changed to "pick up at store."
  • Course kits (ARTS painting, drawing, and ceramic kits; NAHA kits, etc.) cannot be shipped and must be picked up. Similarly, some oversized art supplies cannot be shipped (these are marked as such in the item description). Any kit included on a shipping order will be cancelled and the rest of your order will be shipped to you.

After an order has been processed (1-2 business days after being placed), an order generally takes an additional 1-3 business days for delivery to Metro area addresses, and 2-4 days for greater Minnesota addresses. Every effort is made to package your order securely. If you receive your order and the contents are damaged in any way, please contact us within 5 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The College Store's free shipping period at the beginning of the semester only!

  Fall,Spring,Summer semesters: Online orders can be picked up in the College Store, located in T.1800, Monday-Thursday, 9am-5pm, Friday, 9am-12pm.
  Online order payment options

Financial aid charging

-Charging is offered for a specific period of time each semester. Check the College Store and our website for dates. Financial aid awards must be accepted and certified by the Financial Aid Office before funds are available for use in the Bookstore

-Financial aid funds made available to the College Store are based on the balance of aid, after all tuition and fees have been covered, and shall not exceed $700.

-Enter your star ID in the account number field and "Financial Aid" or "FA" in the customer notes field during check-out.

-You must be an approved PSEO/D3 student

-PSEO & D3 funding covers required textbooks and course supplies only.

-PSEO & D3 funding does not cover Go-To Passes, parking funds, recommended/optional textbooks and course supplies, school supplies, clothing, and technology.

-Enter your star ID in the account number field and "PSEO" or "D3" in the customer notes field during check-out.

Third party payment

-You must have an account setup with Business Services prior to use. Once we receive confirmation from Business Services that your Third Party funding is available, we will process your order.

-Only covers items (i.e. required textbooks/supplies and parking money) specified by provider. Check directly with provider for details. 

-Anything not covered by your Third Party provider is charged directly to your student account and you will be responsible for the balance.

-Enter your star ID in the account number field and "Third Party" in the customer notes field during check-out.

Veterans benefits

-Payment must be set up through Veteran’s Certifier prior to use in the College Store.

-We can only process online orders for required textbooks covered by VA benefits. If your benefits cover other items, please bring the appropriate documentation to purchase them in store.

-Enter your star ID in the account number field and "VA" in the customer notes field during check-out.

-We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do not accept American Express.
